"Asked for an inverted bob and the hairstylist cut one side of my hair shorter than the other. She had to cut the other side to match, and it ended up being shorter than I originally wanted because she had to keep cutting to fix it. I brought in pictures from all angles and it still got messed up. Dont plan on going back, would rather save up to go to a place that knows what they are doing. Would give 2.5 but they dont do half stars. They gave me a discount and she tried her best to fix the mistake and apologized. UPDATE 6/4/2019: I contacted customer service and got a reply. Told me they were independantly owned and they would have a rep or franchise owner get back to me. I still havent heard from them. They seem to not care about making customers happy, only getting money from people."
