"There see some great staff members. But honestly, I don't know how this building hasn't been condemned. I've been a faithful customer for 10+ years...and their facilities look like something out of a 1980's salon. 3 hair dryers....2 of which actually work. The wash stration is antiquated and frankly kind of gross. Space heaterd are needed in the winter. In all these years, there have been no upgrades or improvements. While I love Aveda, I'm tired of paying top dollar for a mediocre experience."
