"I came in as a walk-in and they told me it would be about 10 minutes until they could get to me. I was completely fine with waiting but became annoyed when I wasn’t helped for at least 30 minutes. I offered to come back the next day, but insisted they’d be with me in a few minutes. Once I finally sat down the nail tech wasn’t paying much attention to me and was talking to other coworkers. The whole environment seemed hectic and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Nail techs were yelling over each other, loud music was playing, and it seemed very high stress as they were closing in roughly 90 minutes. As far as my actual nails go, they’re okay. The size and shape is pretty inconsistent, and he only used one layer of gel. My cuticles aren’t cleaned up very well, and I left with a lot of color on my skin. However, the worst thing was how dirty the equipment was. A used nail file and buffer was used on my fingers and I was just praying I wouldn’t get any infection. I’d rather pay more to have a new nail file. Please. They’re like $3 MAYBE."

"Had the worst experience here. First, the water was scalding hot when I put my feet in for the Pedicure. The guy doing my Pedicure kept adjusting his glasses like he couldn't see. When clipping my toe nails, he clipped the skin on my big toe. Then, when buffing the nails to prep for the gel polish, he drew blood on the skin of two of my toes. I sent pictures to the manager to review and they said they'd comp my Pedicure. I have called three times to remind them and several weeks later they still haven’t sent the credit to my card. I think they are putting me off at this point. I was planning to give a good review once they made it right. Unfortunately, it does not look like that will happen. If you go here, don't let the older guy with glasses work on you."

"My 16 year old daughter went in and had a great experience. She is very happy with her nails and the way they were all so very nice to her. She had a bad experience at the last place she went. They were very rude. So I’m very happy she had this experience. We will definitely be coming back!"

"I had Heather and she did amazing! She was super fast and made them look exactly how i wanted. Throughout the appointment she would ask if they were okay and if i actually liked them. I would say this is my new favorite Salon! They had a rename brand make-over in the last couple months and it is amazing! I will continue to come here."
