The boys bring in pictures and tell them they want it longer on top and it is always 1-3 inches too short and doesn't match what they wanted. Now the boys insist I do their hair because I LISTEN to what they want and the stylists here do not. It isn't just one stylist, it has been all, it is like they only know one way to cut their hair. Now my son has to start high school feeling really uncomfortable about his looks. We won't be going back."

"March 19 2023 Sunday between 11 to 11:30 am, Hidden Valley location. If I could give 0 rating I would! The female hair cutter who cut my son’s hair doesn’t know what she was doing! Doesn’t know the basics! How can someone hire her to cut hair if she doesn’t even know how to do it. She cut my son’s front hair way shorter than the back. It’s not even, it got ugly. She cut so fast like there was a timer! I had to fix it myself when we got home. Never coming back to this location again! Such a waste of money!"
