"I finally found someone who cut and colored my hair exactly how I wanted it! Justin is a miracle worker, very experienced. He listened carefully at what I wanted and discussed my options fully. I am so excited at how it turned out. I got two colors and some accents added. It has such good shine and dimensions. During the cut, he had me check on the length I wanted before cutting more. "This is the 3rd time I’ve had a terrible time doing a pick up order at this store. Every other store is great! This one, no one works near the pick up and if you ask a cash register attendant to call someone they act like you’ve shot their dog. This time was the most egregious - 2 people at the register, absolutely NO ONE in line - the 2 register associates just chatting and acted soooooo annoyed when I asked after I had been standing for 5 min and then I had to wait for another person (who thank god was kind and efficient). If my items were in stock at a diff store I wouldn’t have come but after a 3rd time of it being unreasonably hard to pick up, I am not going to come back. Save yourself, do pick up orders at any other store."
