"I want to clarify that I am not mistaking your business for another. I had really long hair and decided to cut it off. I had a very specific style in mind and showed her over 10 photos of what I wanted. All I desired was a simple haircut without any layers, and the photos I showed her clearly depicted that. I had been upset/cry about my hair for the last 6 months. The shortest layer was right by my ear, and there was no way to fix it except by waiting for it to grow out. The worst part was that the length of my hair was different from left to right."
