"Decided to get a “cut and style” done with Julie. Unfortunately she cut it way too short than the photo I showed her and never styled it like stated. I was disappointed and have had a hard time doing anything with my hair being so short. I got the same experience with great clips, not a good comparison. I hate leaving reviews but I want people to be aware of what can happen."

"I was supposed to have an appointment with Jason and I showed up early for my appointment only to have two girls at the salon tell me they didn’t have my number as well as Jason and that Jason couldn’t do my hair after I drove a long distance and was really excited to get my hair done it has been a long time. Then magically after leaving the salon I get a text from Jason on my cell which he supposedly didn’t have my number to cancel the appointment. I will never go to Jason or use this salon again. Poor customer service and not the way you treat your clients if you actually want to have clients. Save time don’t go to Jason or Gemini Salon. Worst experience ever. Go to Salon O!"
