"Extremely Disappointed: Two Terrible Experiences. I recently had the misfortune of visiting a nail salon for a pedicure and manicure, not once, but twice. Unfortunately, both visits turned out to be absolutely dreadful. First and foremost, the most glaring issue was their failure to check if everything was okay during the process. It seemed as if they were going through the motions without paying any attention to the customer's needs or comfort. Moreover, the lack of precision in their work was truly disappointing. The nail technicians seemed careless and were rushing through the process without paying attention to my specific instructions. It should be their responsibility to ensure a high standard of work, not the customer's job to catch their errors. Regrettably, the second visit was equally as disappointing as the first. The lack of care and attention, coupled with the imprecise and unprofessional work, make it abundantly clear that I will not be returning. (The photos were taken right after their service)"

Always making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, making sure I was okay and he really knows what he is doing. Loved them and I've been there once before but I will definitely be back!"
