"I did a haircut with the professional over three years ago and was so happy with the results that I decided to do it again. Unfortunately, I have not been able to reach him nor have I received a response. My Groupon expired today which is very disappointing. Unfortunately, I won't get a cut under the Groupon because of the struggles of no communication this time around but hope all is well with him. May I please have a refund. Still a fan."
