"I love that this place has so many loyal patrons. I decided to try the salon out because of all the positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect any of those reviews. I clearly misunderstood what was included in a gel manicure here and the individual assigned to my service was not friendly in the slightest. These things I can deal with, it was my fault for not understanding and I am sure that caused frustration with the tech. What I had a really hard time with was the cleanliness of the salon. It was awfully dirty. The walls had substance slashes on them, the sink was caked with grime, the floors were visibly filthy, the nail stations themselves were were soiled with only a nail brush being used to clean the surfaces. It was foul. I was very put off by the state of it. I truly hope they consider the cleanliness reviews on here and take action to better the salon. A clean environment and hygienic practices are vital in a salon setting, regardless of what service you provide."

She’s the best! And she knows that i always want purple of some sort every time. If Amy can’t do your nails, ask for Jackie. My nails always look great after going to these ladies!"
