"I went to get my nails done today and the lady who did my nails was very rude I had my baby and my baby was getting a little fussy and she told me to shut my baby up like get her a bottle and my baby is 7 months old I have no one to watch my baby but it was rude and she cut my thumb then blamed me saying it’s because I was moving which I wasn’t and the nails weren’t even straight I had to come home and fix them to make them straight but I used to love this place I used to go every 2 weeks since high school until I had a baby and with all the times I’ve gone I’ve never been cut.. if I could rate it a 0 star I would just from my experience today"
"I went here a few months ago to get a full set of acrylic nails as a gift from someone. It was an absolutely terrible experience. The nail tech had her phone propped up next to her and was watching videos and swiping as she was doing my nails. She would be filing away while she was looking at her phone and not at what she was doing. She was extremely rough and hurt me with the file multiple times. She would ask me to choose something (color, nail shape, nail length, etc.) and then tell me I couldn’t have what I wanted because it wouldn’t look good and she would do whatever she wanted instead. The quality of the nails was horrific. There was a giant gap between the color and my cuticles when she was done, as if they had already been growing out for weeks. She left huge globs of hardened acrylic under the nails. The edges were incredibly sloppy. The pictures attached were taken the same day of service. Overall, it was an upsetting experience and I will never go back. Stay away."
"I went here awhile ago but feel I need to warn people I went here to get my nails done and they had someone very new do my nails. It took a very long time and the acrylic looked bad and was flooding all over my fingers. The shape was horrible and I left unhappy. I went back the next day after my skin started to peel off around my nails to have them removed and get a refund. They refused BOTH. After begging they only cut them down and removed the polish with a Dremel. But didn't fully take the nails off. And cut me in the progress. I ended up having to charge the service back on my card to get the refund. STAY AWAY"
"They rush through everything and use dirty tools. They try to up charge even after saying no 3x. I asked for a gel manicure and she dipped my hand in cold water, Filed, polished, put my hand in wax and charged me $27 and mind you she did that within 10-13 minutes. Getting your nails done is supposed to be relaxing but not when it’s rushed and you’re getting your hand yanked and pulled hard. Save your $27 and go somewhere else. Call the health department while you’re at it this place has to be causing infections."
"Honestly don’t even know how you guys got your nail technician licenses from the state. The owner removed my ACRYLIC nails by popping them off with a knife looking tool. She ripped off my real nail in the process. Then said “oops scary, I know. Are you okay?”You guys are not supposed to use a knife looking tool to pop off the nails and then call it a nail removal!!! The state requires a soak off."
