"Husband got his haircut a couple weeks ago and was left like this. After telling the woman cutting his hair that he didn’t think it looked even 3 TIMES, she told him it was too busy (there was a line & people specifically asking this person to not cut their hair after seeing my husband) at the time to fix it. He asked her to make it right and she refused. She didn’t care to be there. I had to buzz it off when he got home. He still paid but definitely shouldn’t have. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN."

"Friendly service but the last haircut was less than stellar. I usually have a good experience but once in a while you get a newer stylist with less experience. And the costs just keep going up and up. I don't like my hair that much to spent too often."

"Not really happy with my visit today. The stylist really didn’t listen…she had her idea and what I said or asked for didn’t really seem to matter. An entire cut today was less than 10 minutes, I think the stylist wanted to go to lunch and I was in the way. Just move them through, forget what the customer may want, just move them out. When I would ask about something she just wanted to move on. Hope she had a good lunch! I even tipped her like $5 mistake on my part, she didn’t seem to care “just get me to lunch”. I was there about 2pm today, but it will be a long time before I visit again…"

"Tammy is awesome! Her salon is always clean, with a great atmosphere. Prices are reasonable! Make sure that you tip these people. It helps them to know they are appreciated for doing a good job. I enjoy going here because it is an easy access point from my house, but I like being able to go online and make my reservation. I like that I can see exactly how long a wait it will be. Hint: get there about 10 minutes early. If you check in, chances are you will get right in! Glad that there are local folks who run these national franchises. The other things I like are 1. They have their brand of hair products that they use on your hair so you can try them out. They are reasonably priced too. 2. They do eyebrow trimming. 3. They kinda know what you like based on what you usually do. They are smart enough to ask you tho' so, so you don't just get it without your knowledge."
