"I am an employee at the mall, so I often see the peril hermitise puts customers through. The level of harassment is incredibly unprofessional, and obnoxious. Many other reviews have claimed they are a scam company and this is 100% true. If they are unaware that someone is an employee of the mall, they will attempt to harass and scam them as well. I have been shouted at many times as I have walked by this store. I also had a friend that was scammed out of $500 after only entering and being forced to take "free" samples that were not infact free. If you value your money and your time, I advise that you avoid this store at all costs. Nothing they offer is actually free, it is simply a ruse to wrangle you into an unexpected espensive sale."
"The lady working today (3/28) was incredibly rude and blatantly insulted my mom. She forced my mom into the store by grabbing her without permission and proceeded to tell my mom that she wasn't pretty without their product. She also yelled at my mom when she tried to leave. We have never gone to this place and never will with the attitude a lot of the salespeople here have. Find better business elsewhere, trust me."
"My last review got deleted somehow, but this place is kinda ridiculous. The sales people just stand up at the front and bother you as you walk past. They're wayyyy too aggressive. Plus, I keep hearing about people supposedly getting scammed out of hundreds of dollars because they just pressure and pressure you. I've never gone in, so idk."
"Terrible experience at South Towne Mall scam no pricing, they took my card credit and kept giving me diff prices then she said free items given ,not true they scam me out of 600 With a deposit on some future product I never wanted or received!!! No store manager. Went to mall security they are aware of their scam"
