She did a consultation before my actual appointment where I paid my down payment. The consultation was helpful to get pricing, a time estimate, and initial game plan for what I wanted. It also helped her to see the quality and color of my hair beforehand. My hair definitely needed some love when I went in. It hadn't been colored since December/January then I did an over the top vibrant color at home maybe a month or two before going in. We ended up changing the game plan of what we wanted my hair to look like during my appointment and it turned out so cute! It is definitely expensive to go there, but you're at a professional salon with artists who are Representatives and educators for pulp riot (that's no easy job to get.) I recommend going there if you want your hair to not be fried and look amazing!"
