"Before Christmas I called Linda at Heber Appliance to order a small chest freezer. She quoted me a price better than their website price to match the Big Box price. Freezer shipped from Denver and arrived at Heber store as promised. I took it home, unboxed it, let it stabilize as recommended then plugged it in. It cooled down but not enough to freeze. I called Linda and she immediately ordered a new freezer and called me when it arrived. I took the original freezer back and picked up the new one. No charge, works great, cools down to 0 deg. in less than one hour. Saved our Holiday prime rib and crab legs. This isn't the first time Heber Appliance helped us. For our new home, we bought a high end dishwasher from a Big Box store and shortly after warranty expired the rinse valve leaked all over the floor. Heber Appliance technicians replaced the valve but it still leaked. Problems were related to fluctuations in our well water pressure. Tech did not charge for the labor just their cost for the valve. I asked him to recommend a good replacement dishwasher which he installed and it cost less than the original. Working great for two years now."
