"The guy absolutely butchered my hair! Didn't listen to me regarding how I wanted my hair cut/styled and "decided to go in a direction" he wanted to try. Upon completion, which I told him I'd have to work something out on my own and was obviously not happy with the service, he just said "well at least you won't have to get your hair cut again for awhile and will have the time to work something out on your own." Really??!! Utter and total lack of care or concern for my, the customer's, satisfaction. If you value your hair, having it look good, & if you value customer service, then DO NOT COME HERE!"
