"10 yrs ago, I went here to trim my hair, but it worsened the result! so last night I came there because I thought it is different now the employees were there. and i want my hair back to cut nicely because i can't on my back, and I ask if they cut the hair I like, and LAWDEN said she can. but my God, it's non-sense of the money I paid and giving the tips!! I will never go back there again because they don't know how to cut the hair of ladies!!!!!the black hair that she cut!!!!"

"Just got a quick haircut today. My stylist was kind and fun to talk to. The online check-in was nice. It saved me a 45-minute wait. The only complaint is that I didn't get the hair brushed off me very well. I found a whole bunch around my ears on the drive back to work. Overall a good experience though!"
