"This was the WORST Fantastic Sam’s. I believe we were over charged and I’m not sure they handled the payment correctly. The stylist said they had no WiFi so she manually entered my atm card numbers. I asked for a receipt so that I could get stylist’s name. I can’t read it. She also charged me $32 for a service advertised for $10. We will NOT be back. I’m usually easy going and I understand services vary from salon to salon but stealing is stealing."

"I will not be going to this salon again. Not a good experience. The lady overcharged me. She charged me for a service that I never requested. It ended up being $32 for a terrible haircut and she didn't even shampoo my hair. My daughter had a haircut also and it was also not very good. It was just a little trim that the lady also overcharged. Saying that specific haircut was more expensive. It was just a trim she cut less than half an inch."

"I like seeing the same people each time I go in. They are friendly and have gotten to know my style. Update - Not very happy this time. New person working alone. You would think not having much hair would make the cut easy. Unfortunately, not only is it cut unevenly, the neck line was cut way to high, AND she couldn't even get a straight line!"
