Having the flowers for the hands-on dissection, labeling the parts of a flower and seeing how a flower transports water through the stem, made our unit a beautiful memory that will be remembered for many years. "If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Our family and the florist discussed our needs for a memorial service, provided photos of what we wanted, and were assured that she could meet our needs. She had more than a week to complete our order. What she delivered was absolutely horrifying, and was nothing like the photos she had agreed to work from. When we contacted her, she told us the floral arrangement was "fine" and refused to rework it to meet our expectations. She also sent a text message explaining that the black didn't stick to the greenery and she didn't have time to redo it and accused us of cussing her out, which did not happen. We ended up contacting Lakeland Florist (AMAZING!!) who picked up the arrangement and totally redid it on extremely short notice. This is the difference between extremely poor and extremely awesome customer service, and the reason Coweta Flowers won't get paid and Lakeland will. You don't rip people off who are grieving. "Received flowers that we're ordered from them on my birthday last year on October. The order was done through a third provider online. The flowers in the bouquet was pretty much old and it stayed maybe 3 days. One rose was very old so I need to cover it when I was sending pictures to the Sender because I do not want to disappoint the person who paid $145.00 for this junk. The delivery itself suppose to be before 10 am. I missed the job because I was waiting for the delivery. The delivery was done at about 5 pm. I was disappointed very much. I do not recommend this company to anyone who has self-esteem. I understand that it's a small business and it is hard to keep fresh flowers always but in this case, price must be appropriate."

"So I wanted to get my wife something special just to show her how much our son and I appreciate all her hard work and just to brighten her day. I called and spoke to Janice who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I explained what I wanted which was a bouquet of flowers full of colors that had a WOW factor. She nailed it. When my wife saw the flowers first words out of her mouth was "WOW" It made my wife's day and made her feel VERY special.
