"The owner of this salon has to be playing some kind of practical joke on everyone. There is no way this woman is over here cutting people's hair this terribly on purpose. I show up this morning for a pedicure and the lady/owner tells me she only goes by appointments. She hands me her business card and waves me off. I walk back to my car, call the number and she answers and asks me what I would like. I said can I schedule a pedicure and she said sure! What time would you like to come in? I'm like.... I'm here now so can I come in now? She snorts and replies she's busy right now with an appointment when she's clearly not I'm in the parking lot looking at her through the window standing there appointment-less. So I say okay, what openings do you have today? Without even skipping a beat she replies does 7pm work? Then before I respond she replies actually I'm totally booked today sorry. I was completely taken back by her unprofessional demeanor and rude attitude but after reading all of the other reviews and seeing some of those haircuts she was giving, I clearly dodged a bullet matrix style. She's over here cutting hair like she's mad at it, she is over here playing a real life Edward Scissor hands but with zero qualifications. Her rejection was absolutely God's protection because I'm not trying to walk out of there with eight toes."
