"This place houses a racist, unprofessional, and avoidant manager. The manager stood around the register in the store area. It was not busy. However, I noticed when I came in the majority of the people there were ethnic minorities. Meanwhile, I'm browsing the store for over 15 minutes. And I noticed she greeted 1-2 of the only Caucasians in the store. All the while not saying A WORD to any of the minorities or offering any customer service. When I walked up to check out, she has the audacity to ask me whether or not I wanted to purchase additional items without the proper greet she gave the white women to my left. When I confront her, I was calm and patient. I said no and asked her what her issue was. She justified herself and when I called back later to request more information about her to file in a complaint of racist behavior, one of the associate took the phone of the line so it would not ring."

"Vera was amazing! She was alone on a December Saturday & willing to help my mother with piercing her ears unlike another location that couldn’t bc “too busy”. Vera spent the time to find out that my mom’s piercings had not closed up & saved her some pain lol and money. We were so appreciative of her customer service!!!!"
