"First national Payments quit funding my bank accounts with the money from my credit card transactions and didn't bother to let anyone know (Me, the service company or the bank) that they were holding my money. I didn't figure it out until I started bouncing checks. they were holding $163,000.00 of my money. Once we figured it out they took over 2 weeks to get me my money. So far they have refused to pay me any interest on the money they were holding. they have refused to give me a letter with the explanation of why or take responsibility so that I can repair my credit. They have not reimbursed me for any out of pocket expenses like bank charges. I am a small business and cant afford to take a hit like that and then be ignored. I would totally not recommend this company for credit card processing. I will proceed to reporting them to the better business bureau and any other organization that will get there attention!"
