"Very poor management. Management is self involved not carrung about the employees. They went from a poor heath care to no health care with a pos company. The senior employees were ignorant of what financial software should be. The softwise product was riddled with bugs. When offered best business experance based on major software standard was only met with ridicule."

"Wolves in sheep's clothing. I was drawn in under a false sense of security. I worked here for 2 months and then was let go under false pretenses. I did my best to learn the infrastructure and basic layout. The team was busy playing foosball. The manager was busy working "late hours" and so he was never able to train me. His answer to me was "shadow that individual.". There was never a set training or documentation. I was setup to fail from the beginning. I DO NOT recommend working with this company whatsoever!!! UPDATE: The "management" replied to this comment 4 YEARS LATER! I find that VERY entertaining. I'm sorry, what's the point?! I find it VERY hard to believe that management from that long ago would remember someone that they axed so quickly. And on top of it, they claim that they tried to help me succeed. I'm sorry, but that is a blatant lie. I've learned and progressed A LOT in the past 4 years since my initial review of Softwise, and I still stand by what I said. I was mislead and failed by management. There are other reviews that also criticize the management. So I'm not alone there. I would be VERY cautious working with them. They might stab you in the back just like they did to me as well as other individuals that didn't suck up to the management. Its a shame they have to operate that way."
