"As I stood at the check out service desk 2 different worker walk up n kept walking off ignoring my presence. As I tried to ask where nose rings where, young lady worker kept walking fast as she ruduley pointed and answered rudely to where they were. Than she check the locks to it as if I was going steal. I was trying to ask another question as she stormed off rudely and than came back like she was going help person behind me. So I try ask her if they did nose piercings. She rudely went off on me like I was in trouble with smart mouth, bout store not loud to do cartlidge and in Oklahoma and was going on about it with rude tone."

Cost more than the other earrings so when was at the register I noticed one of the earrings was missing the back & asked nicely if there was any chance I could get another back. There was another employee standing next to the cashier that I was talking to & she jumped in & hatefully said I’d have to buy one. The cashier waiting me said she’d go get me one. When the transaction was done I thanked the cashier for being so nice to me. She acted like she didn’t hear me. Didn’t even acknowledge me. My granddaughter who was with me said I was loud so I know she heard me. Neither Did f them looked at me after that. Hateful attitude. O & idk what happened to the earring back but it was NOT added to the earring. I didn’t discover that till later. Wont be going back there"

"Got me and my daughter's ears done, got my 2ed hole, and her 1st set. 1. My right side was completely not even at all, not even on the dot she made. so I took it out. 2ed the other ear after a day or so it became infected, I cleaned it everyday like I should and I shower every night, I had to take it out. There went 70 something dollars down the drain. Do not go here. Luckily I've been watching my daughter's ears, they are not perfect, not even, but she don't want me to take them out. I would definitely suggest you go to a tattoo shop. I have tons of other piercings including tattoos so I definitely know how to properly care for my stuff."
