"This place is a joke. Took my dad in for a cut that was overdue. Asked for a #1 cut around the back (he is bald on top), which was his usual, and went back and sat in front to wait. A few minutes later I went to check on him and was speechless. I asked the girl why she shaved his head and she argued with me and said "that's a #1 cut". No it was NOT. That was a 0 cut Having come from a long line of military, you know what a 0, 1 and 2 cut is. My poor dad was BALD and it'll take months for his hair to grow back. The girl would not admit she screwed up, nor apologize, and still charged us for an incompetent haircut. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOK LIKE UNCLE FESTER FROM THE ADAMS FAMILY!!"

"My daughter took my 11 year old son there and the lady did an awful job. She was rude to my daughter and didn’t listen to her and the cut was so bad I had to fix it the best I could when we got home. I called to talk to the manger but she wasn’t in. The lady said she’s have her call me but she didn’t. Just stick to Holmes barber shop or Main Street barber. They have much better customer service and they do a way better job for haircuts."

"Definitely wouldn’t recommend coming to this location. I do what they ask in submitting a check in online, for a stylist that specializes in beards. Told to do it after the stylist clocks in, so I wait 2 min from the time they clock to submit the request. Get to the store at the time they recommend, only to wait another 25 min for her to become available. If you’re going to request someone check in online and give them a time to be at the store, don’t push it further back from the time you display to your potential customer. Needless to say, I won’t be returning."
