"I would like to edit my review that the shop contacted us to give a partial refund. The funeral home placed the flowers over a vent which made them look this way. You'd think a place that deals with flowers daily should know better. I'm glad it could be sorted out. My mother ordered a flower spray for my great aunts funeral. We live out of state and she trusted this company to put together a beautiful arrangement. She was my last living great aunt out of 11. When she arrived to the funeral she was disappointed. She asked for a few lilies with the order and some of them were wilted and other flowers were falling off."
