They came in and measured, answered all of our questions, and walked us through the showroom floor until we were satisfied that we had picked exactly what we wanted. Then, right on schedule, they came and ripped out our old carpet and installed our new flooring. "After calling around to find flooring that matched our current floors we found RC Willey, they scheduled us for a month out only to cancel and push us back 6 additional months. We then decided to go with Mike and Sterling. We worked with Noel, he came to our house the same week we called for an estimate. He was very professional and followed all Covid practices. Mike and Sterlings has our floor put in within the month. We had an issue with the stairs. Nick came over when he heard about the issue to assist us in finding the best solution. Nick called us daily to make sure instillation was going smoothly! We loved working with Noel!"

"Many broken promises & poor installation. We picked a carpet as we moved into our new home because they promised it was in stock. After paying, they said it wasn’t in stock and took months to arrive. We did lots of prep work in the meantime, to try and speed things up. They said they would discount the installation. They did not. They said we could qualify for one year no interest financing. We did not, even though “pretty much everybody qualifies” according to their salesman. Finally, we have been stepping or cutting fingers on carpet tack for the past year since. I literally keep a hammer or mini sledgehammer by my bed to pound down the problem areas. Terrible terrible follow through after making promises and being paid. Beware."
