"I am so happy with their customer service. Yoko goes above and beyond to make things go right. We had a full upstairs almost 1000sq feet of LVP installed and it is stunning. The stair nose was very light compared to the floor and Yoko called the manufacture and has a new one on the way to be installed! "All Floors did an incredible job replacing all the old tile and carpet in our house with the most beautiful, well-made, laminate. New berber carpet in the bedrooms. Also, who knew that laminate on stairs could look so good! This family-owned company provides the best customer service, and their showroom has tons of options! Working with Greg to choose our flooring was a breeze, and Yoko is incredible. She makes everything happen on time as promised. We even had an accident after our flooring was installed (stand mixer that fell off the counter) and All Floors came out and replaced the dented plank to look as good as new and didn’t charge us, it was not a quick fix but they took care of us. All the installers are pros and worked so hard. Don’t be fooled by the humble building’s outside. They beat another company’s bid for the work, too. We would use them again."
