"I went in yesterday to buy a few items for my daughter. I understand that almost everything in the store is buy 3 get 3 free. However, I also saw that the some items were buy one get one 50% off. I decided to do that as my daughter has a ton of jewelry already. When I got to the register, an employee came over but didn't say anything. It appeared that she was logging in to the register. About a minute later she then asked if I wanted to go get one more item since they are buy 3 get 3 free. I politely told her that I was okay and I had seen the sign that it was also buy one get of 50% off and that worked better for me. She said absolutely nothing. After ringing up all of the items, she told me my total and I paid. She handed me my receipt and that was it. The customer service was not there and I felt like it was a huge inconvenience for me to even be buying anything which required her to assist a customer. I completely understand that retail workers are exhausted as a result of short staffing and the COVID-19 pandemic so I always go out of my way to be extra polite and understanding since I have worked retail before. It was hard for me to be understanding with this encounter though since I was the only customer checking out and there were other people working there and the store only had a few people who were looking around. On another note, the store was well stocked especially right after the holidays. Customer service expectations just need to be raised a bit."

"It’s so rude to keep asking and saying “are you sure” after politely saying no to donating to their corporate charity at check out. I said no the first time, do not keep asking me to donate. Might I add half of these business taking donations do not even donate the full amount. Donate to the actual charity not these businesses. Also this girl was on her phone the whole interaction and was very distracted. This is not a way to do business."

"Me and my daughter visit store. The worker had no idea we're things was when we walk in the associate had her back turn towards us didn't really bother to help. Won't be going back there terrible customer service. I could see if still was pack we were the only one in there. Just a shame that use to be my daughter store but not anymore the customer service she got was bad."
