"I would not recommend taking heirloom quality furniture here. I took in a fabric/wood combo chair, and the actually upholstery was done well. But multiple places on the wood are damaged. I took before pictures for this very reason. One arm is completely cracked down the middle and then splinters off on the top side. And then one of the knobs that holds the back rest looks like it was chewed on. They do have a shop dog. They did communicate with me after I found the damage and offered a partial discount or for me to bring it back so they could repair. This is an old heirloom piece passed down in my family and I wouldn’t take old wood furniture anywhere but a wood restoration company to be fixed. There were also about 20 spider web nest sacks all over in every corner of my chair and the wood smells. Not sure how they store the furniture when they have it for a long time - mine was there for 7.5 weeks."

"I took in a thrift couch from crate and barrel that was torn to pieces by a dog. RCT did MAGIC TO IT! I get so many compliments on my couch! It looks gorgeous and they did an amazing job! I called and got quotes from four other upholstery places to do this couch and every shop was at least double what RCT quote was. Will definitely thrift another piece soon and have them reupholster it for me again!"
