"I took an Uber on Friday at 4:20 pm to envision Gold, online it says open till 5, on the door it's open Monday thru Friday till 5pm. Not open so I call and I'm told they close at 4 but on a regular basis and have for apparently some time now so I'm out the Uber ride there, half of the amount I should have made because it's too late to go anywhere other than the pawnshop and the ride back.
