"Not impressed with Lowes. First of all, we bought a dishwasher online, and should have had it fairly quickly. No response after a week. Reached out, it was on delay. Two weeks, reached out, it was on delay. Finally we called the Murray store, they did not understand why the online store was not just booking a local store to do it, that they had multiple in store and could do it right away. We had to go in store and cancel our online order, and buy it direct through them. While I appreciated that, and we did get it installed within a few days. I asked the manager if we could get some kind of discount for the waiting 17 days for nothing. He told the guy ringing us up to give us a discount, then left for the day. Well it turns out the discount he gave us was just the sale price that we had gotten the first time anyway. Some discount.... I was told by the guy ringing me up I would have to come back to the store and talk to the manager later to see what he could do. I tried calling back and talked to another guy there who said he would have the manager call me back, of course no call back. What a joke!!! I have bought a ton of stuff from Lowes, and this location in general. Looks like I will be shopping elsewhere if that is how they are going to treat return customers!!!"

"Where do I even start?! Their shipping times are never accurate, they show up with the wrong product when they do deliver, items are missing from boxes so you can't use the product, customer service at the store consistently promises to call you back to get you off the phone and never does. 20mins turns to 2hrs, and when you call them back they are so bothered by the situation it's like talking to a child about cleaning up their room to get any kind of answers from them. This is how they treat their "silver status" credit card members. I guess I won't be spending the $900 more dollars to get to "gold status", this card is going in the garbage and I'll be going to Home Depot after this project... If I can ever finish this project."

"I got cheated. I made an online purchase for an item that was not in stores. Shipping was free and promised in 3 days. I didn't screen shot the original order receipt and I SHOULD HAVE. Later the purchase hit my bank for way more than the purchase price. They tacked on $80 for shipping and it was delayed a week. Don't promise what you can't give. I won't be back and I won't let my family go here either."

"Came here with the motive to buy indoor plants. Well first, their “indoor” plants were placed practically outside and in the cold. If you instantly feel cold as soon as you walk into the space, you know it’s too cold for an indoor plant. Second, quite literally almost ALL of the plants were completely dead. It was like a massacre of dead plants and the plants were completely unsalvageable. Hundreds of dollars of plants just to be most likely tossed out. Don’t come to this Lowe’s for indoor plants. Ended up going to the Lowe’s downtown, at that Lowe’s the plants were indoors and all of them were alive."
