"Little miss red head says she “ knows for a fact “ that I was told back in September ( news to me!) the new checking fee that applied when I set up for new checking. I’ve been with them since ‘07 ( too bad they have gone down hill) and I haven’t even used the checking for years. No one explained ANYTHING to me and if so , I never would have agreed to the ridiculous requirements it entails. But thanks for the big smile on your face as you were completely disrespectful. Pretty hilarious kids these days shout out “fact” when there’s absolutely no proof behind it. Also be aware if you get a fraud charge it takes them 45 days to resolve it! Super annoyed."

"Mike at the Lehi location was so helpful! I went in to obtain a debit card for my son and Mike went above and beyond for us. He found a special going on that added a credit to my sons account and opened a savings with a better rate. So grateful for his time and attention! He took the time to make sure my child’s account, and mine as well, was set up as efficiently as possible."

"Absolutely the worst bank ever. My husband’s card has been hacked 6 times in 6 months. They don’t do anything to notify us that it has been locked so we go to use it and is says declined. They won’t do anything to help us figure out why it keeps getting hacked. Their customer service is not helpful and they are rude when explaining things. Never had a good experience with them. DO NOT USE THIS BANK FOR ANYTHING."

"I've always felt the tellers at this branch are friendly and easy to work with. And they can count. And know the basics like how much a coin roll is. I've had bad experiences at no less than 5 other branches, and so I make a point of coming to this location when I can."
