"My husband ordered the Amber Sky Arrangement for a family member who is in the hospital. He went with the $90 arrangement since the $75 example listed on Coleman's website looked so impressive, we thought the $90 version would be spectacular. What was delivered to the hospital was so a major disappointment. He called Coleman's expressing his dissatisfaction, and they advised they would rectify the situation with a new arrangement. The second one was even worse, and the delivery person took the original arrangement back. These flowers were an embarrassment, and the whole ordeal was extremely frustrating."

"I really liked the fellows help. He showed us what he had and let us choose what we wanted. We were wanting a plant for our friends who had lost their mother. The prices here were reasonable and the plants that I saw were all well taken care of. If I lived in the area I would definitely remember this place."

"Well a good thing is the flowers are pretty nice. I ordered flowers, balloon, and chocolates to be delivered to my house. Flowers were delivered to my house on a Thursday around noon but with no balloon or chocolates. I am currently deployed where phone calls are limited but when I called they had already left for a 4 day weekend. I called back on Monday and after explaining the situation, he said he was in the middle of something and we could talk later. I told him that I am in an area and we would have to talk then. He told me that he couldn't get chocolates or a balloon and that he made them up in the flowers. I had purchased the bigger set of flowers so the real question is "How many flowers could you add to make up for chocolates and a balloon?" The excuse I was giving was COVID. Overall experience with them is low quality and will not use them again."

"(Monday) The first interaction was great, and an order was created to have Birthday flowers sent to another office the next day. (Tuesday) The next day I found out the flowers were never delivered. There was weather complications and other excuses as to why they were not delivered, but to say the least, there should have been a phone call letting me know. (Wednesday) They let me know the reason why my flowers were not delivered was because there were other more "urgent" flowers that needed to be delivered. I requested the flowers be delivered as soon as possible that morning. 1:00pm rolls around and the flowers have still not been delivered. I called Coleman's and I ask if the flowers have been delivered, and they said, "yes", I asked "when?" and they call their delivery driver to find out that they will be there in "just a moment". Honestly, it's excuses that make this such a poor transaction. The flowers were finally delivered on Wednesday at 1:15pm. They looked as if they had been left in a cold van overnight. Slight freezer burn on them. I really don't see how there can be such poor customer service from letting the buyer know that they will not be delivered on time as promised and then again not delivering the next morning as they said they would. I will not use Coleman's Flowers in the future."
