"I was here just before 7:30 the 1st of Nov. The tenant, a woman with shoulder length brown hair was extremely rude to me. When she finally emerged from the back she never acknowledged me, she just continued her personal phone conversation. When she finished her phone conversation she still never acknowledged me. This visit was disappointing, I was excited to see a Claire's here, I hadn't seen a Claire's in awhile. When a set of customers came in several minutes later, though she didn't sound friendly, she acknowledged them. She seemed to not want to be there. As I was leaving I wasn't thanked for calling or any other acknowledgement. I saw several things I wanted, but will have to find another location to shop."
