"Would give 0 stars if possible ordered online was told they would need to charge me more money and they did not have what I originally ordered. Then had the audacity to tell me that the website issues and pricing were not her fault. If you run the business and something is wrong at the end of the day it's on you.. the word owner implies owner ship. Own the mistake and fix it."
"Super disappointed. I live in Asia and ordered an Enchanted bouquet (beautiful purple and white flowers, fragrant), balloon and box of chocolates for my Mother. What she received is a small white, bland bouquet, no balloon, and a small bag of mixed chocolates (like Halloween candy). For almost 80 USD, I definitely did not get what was advertised or paid for."
