"Tried to call about an order I placed online over 24 hours ago that was still not ready for pickup and if they answered (it was about 50/50 on if they did) they immediately hung up on me. I had to call customer service to have the order cancelled. Edit: i did finally get through to the store and whoever was on the phone was extremely rude and condescending. Also, they need a better phone because the one they have makes everyone sound like a robot."

"I've seen other reviews complaining of the crampedness of this store, and as a wheelchair user it is completely inaccessible for just about anyone who uses mobility aids. whether it's a cane, a walker, a wheelchair, what have you, it's genuinely impossible to squeeze around the displays. even people who don't use aids have a hard time moving around in there. cute store, but it needs some serious work in accessibility and movability in general."

"Cute place to get earrings and other accessories. They do Piercings as well. Would be a 5 star if there was room to move in there. It's claustrophobic, if there are other families shopping it's difficult to maneuver around all the jewelry stands. Either less inventory or a bigger building."

"We took our very excited but scared daughter to have her ears pierced. The wonderful young woman that helped us was amazing. She put my daughter at ease and let her know with honesty that it would hurt, but just for a second. She took the time to take deep breaths with my sweet girl. She explained every step of the process, that was a big plus. No pressure just kindness and understanding. I highly recommend taking your kiddo here."
