"Verify all their measurements or it's on you!!! If their designer messes up the measurements you will have to pay to fix it, or they’ll leave you with an incomplete kitchen. You need to verify all their designers measurements according to their manager Paul, or it's on you. They don’t stand behind it even enough to provide an extra baseboard to cover the hole in the floor. In addition, they charged my card without authorization or communication, and it took 2 months of arguing to get it back. Then I am still left with an incomplete, damaged kitchen at the end unless I paid $500+ for a baseboard. In fact, they don’t even bother to read my email."

"Update: buyers be aware that the single shelf provided with the cabinet boxes is not full depth. This was never disclosed until after delivery, and in my experience, and that of some high-end general contractors, full depth shelves should be the standard practice. I contacted the company to see if they would work with me to rectify this, and I have not heard back. Also, the included shelf mounting pins are of the absolute worst quality. They have broken into many tiny pieces when trying to adjust by hand. Regarding delivery: Skyler and Dennis were fantastic! Delivery was smooth, and the cabinets are in great condition! Excited to have these fully installed! Company was great to work with overall!"
