"The Lady that took my watch and took my info didn't tell me that they closed earlier than the rest of the mall. So I didn't know I was on a time frame to be back there by 8. Got back there at 8:03pm, and they were walking out. I asked if I could get my watch real quick and they said no!!!! I told them that I lived far and it would be a huge inconvenience to have to drive back up there again when I'm right there to get it. The vice president said no, I couldn't believe it!!! They said they had shut everything down and I asked if they could make this one exception.... Nope!! Unreal!! I expressed to all of them that they need to be telling all of their customers that they close earlier than the mall does, so no one else will assume and this won't happen to anyone else. I was furious."

"Great customer service and pricing. I needed a stone r replaced in my wedding ring and the jeweler found that 2 claws were bent, including the one with the missing stone. The repair and replacement stone was $115 total. I also was able to get batteries for my watches and one watch dial repaired. I will definitely recommend and will be back for any other jewelry repair needs."

"Great place for jewelry and watch repair. They stand behind their warranty too. I took a watch in for a battery replacement in December of 2021 and in October 2023 they replaced the battery for free because it had not been 24 months yet, which was the warranty period. I would have been happy to pay for the new battery, but they said no. I'll certainly return here the next time I need their services!"

Years ago, I took a Hamilton pocket watch to another watch repair place on n may and not only he never fixed it, he first claimed that he couldn’t find it, then he claimed my ticket was not a valid one. All that to say trust is important. You can trust this group. The lady who answers the phone and also happened to be the one who helped me was polite, professional and efficient. I took my omega seamaster with 500 movement to get a new acrylic crystal. They found the part for a great price and had it installed for under 50 . Very happy with them. Now that I found a place I can trust, I will bring more of my watches"
