"What an amazing experience it is to buy a piece of jewelry from Mitchener-Farrand jewelers. My husband surprised me for our 45 th anniversary and took me to buy a ring at another Oklahoman owned jewelry store in North Park mall,and it was nothing but a disappointment. Upon arrival at Mitchener -Farrand, we were warmly greeted and helped by DeAnn, one of the owners. I told her we were looking for a sapphire ring. She showed us their beautiful selection of rings and was very patient as I looked them over and finally made a decision. She measured my finger and we asked how long it would be to get the ring sized. She asked us when we wanted it. I jokingly replied “ tonight”,( we had a weeks worth of run around about getting a ring sized at the other store ). She immediately said “ let me see how long it will take”. She took my ring to one of the jewelers, ( they actually have 4 jewelers on staff in their store) and it was on my finger in less than 15 minutes! While we were waiting her husband, Mark, the other owner came over and introduced himself and talked with us for several minutes. We had a very pleasant conversation . They also offered to clean my other jewelry while we waited. They are people who truly value their customers and take care of you in a very friendly and professional manner. They honestly treat you like you are their only customer. We definitely recommend Mitchener-Farrand and we’ll be back. 5 STARS!"

After a lot of shopping around and not really finding exactly what I wanted, we came into Mitchener Farrand and spoke with Rick who was the first to offer us the idea of fully customizing a new ring! He even said they could use the diamonds out of my first ring! The sentimental value of being able to use part out of my original ring in a new and upgraded ring was the perfect solution. I could build exactly what I wanted while using the diamonds I already had! The whole process was super easy and Rick was amazing throughout! My ring turned out absolutely perfect! It is stunning!
