"Today I walked into the Orem, UT branch of Goldenwest Credit Union to open a checking account. One of the tellers pointed to an office where a young lady was working (Sorry I don't remember her name). The young lady alerted me to the fact that she's new at her job, doesn't bother me I've been new at job a few times myself. The girl asked me the questions on the application and I gave the necessary answers she needed. Everything went well, everyone treated me with courtesy and respect, all of my needs were taken care of, and I was asked by the young lady if there was anything else I needed, to which I answered with a no. Well done everyone"

"Everyone here was very helpful about financing my auto loan. Super friendly and very fast!"

"They don't allow to make a payment on time without paying a $10 fee. Once the payment is late the fee will be waived. I had to go into a branch that is over 30 minutes from my house to make the payment, it was declined even though I had ample funds on the card. My friend said he had to take cash in because he was declined as well. I am just a cosigner on an account here. I will never willingly open an account here."
