"A few things about America First Credit Union, if you deposit a check in the ATM and you have to get it back for any particular reason, you have to wait 2 weeks before the ATM business gets there to take out the checks and give them back to the bank. This can be a real nightmare if you have not endorsed your check properly it would probably be best to deposit it on online banking. If there was a problem you would still have the check. Next, they do not have a fraud department, so you continuously have to watch your bank account to make sure there's not been any fraudulent activity. You then have to get a hold of their third party for any fraud protection. Other than that it's a great place to do business. Delores"

"This particular branch is horrible with customer service! I deposited a check last Tuesday and was told it would be a 5 day hold on the funds. They released some but not enough for us to cover what needed to be paid. I got the check from a VERY reliable source. And have had customer service call in for us TWICE and both times the branch would not release the funds until 7 days! We are extremely frustrated and not going to deposit a big check at that branch again. Customer service would not give me a phone number or the branch managers name."

"First impression, the teller looked angry when she saw me. Some kind of hatred for no reason. It’s a no for me. I don’t recommend it. Poor customer service. No class at all. Very disappointed customer here.They make the name America look bad!! True Americans are friendly, loving and caring people. What a disgrace to this nation."

"I'll keep it pretty short and simple: This is a bank, that has four drive-thru lanes, as well as quite a few tellers available for walk-ins. they also have safety deposit boxes, which I quite like, because the cost is so much lower than any other bank I've ever talked to. The place looks great, and I always love how clean it is"
