"This place is a joke, mostly online but the whole company. If you like waiting on hold for 45 minutes plus. This places is your spot! Tried to pay off a loan, and made it extremely hard to the point where I almost wanted to give up and just keep paying monthly payments. my advice take your money somewhere else. I know don’t ever write reviews, but this place just hit a nerve and I had to do something. Hopefully can save somebody else at the headache or waste of a couple hours."
