"Terrible customer service….Walked in an no one was at the front deck. Proceeded to walk around store for about 15 minutes. I didn’t see any employees, no one asked if I needed help with anything or had questions. I then walked downstairs to check from desk again. There were two ladies laughing away. I approached them and they completely ignored me for a minute or two until I kindly asked excuse me I have some questions! She seemed very annoyed that I had to stop her gossiping with the other lady. I was interested in doing a custom piece. Asked to see what fabrics and she wasn’t interested in helping very much and I felt very rushed by her. As she was searching up on the computer for more information she didn’t take any words of what I’m looking for into mind. I even showed pictures. She said she can gather info and give me a call back later. I never received a call and it’s been days. The customer service here sucks and made me feel so uncomfortable. Not to mention unwelcome. I completely understand if they were busy with another client, yet they weren’t. Don’t remember coming here"

"Terrible customer service. I go in asking for a round table with a specific size in mind. They don’t give me a straight answer and say oh you can have a look and they hand me a measuring tape. I look around and leave. I mean…get rid of your employees and leave a measuring tape with instructions and a self check out cashier. Totally useless to ask for help. Like freakin Home Depot."

"We went to Osmond Designs looking for a mirror for above a dresser in our entry way. We were delighted to find a nice selection of mirrors... many styles and price points. Our favorite was very affordable. Friendly staff and lots of cool furniture options. We'll definitely be back!"
