"My Mother’s Day necklace got lost in the mail. When my husband was in Saturday he was told to wait for truck on Monday. When I called Tuesday they just told me to wait for the truck on Wednesday. I had to push and push to get them to track it. When they finally did it was at a Zales. I ended up having to call Zales myself to get a tracking number. They offered to cance my order and I could reorder necklace but they were not sure if I could keep discount that I had when I originally purchased it."
