"Excellent taste and quality. Also local to Oklahoma. I was diagnosed with heart disease. Stopped eating red meat for the most part for 5 years. Researched and found the health benefits of occassional grass fed and finished meat. Super high in those healthy omega 6 acids. Like wild caught salmon. I am so glad I tried B4 Farms. It took me a time or so to learn to cook it, but now I am an expert and it is so good. I get t bones, ground beef, roasts...everything has been excellent. I do not even typically like sirloin. I grilled one up the other day and swore I was eating a different cut. So tender and flavorful. I really highly recommend B4 Farms if you want friendly people, excellent meat and to support local ranches. You won't be sorry."
