We Fix Sprinklers

"This company does not honor it's agreement. They refuse to come out and turn my system back on after paying for winterization and de-winterization (all included). Todd was rude. When they came out last year, they sent someone that did not know what he was doing. I had them come to fix sprinkler heads to ensure that the whole ground was covered and they did not. I still need to have someone else come out and replace the heads as they do not cover the yard. They do not do a good job. Untrustworthy. Does not honor their agreements."

"Scheduled to have a leaky sprinkler head fixed. Waited 4 weeks for the backlog and agreed to pay 95.00 per hour for this service. Keith arrived on time and was pleasant. He said he needed to rebuild 1 station to stop the leak. After 1 1/4 hours I paid him 185.00 including materials. Checked the next day and the rotor was still leaking so I called Keith back and he came back about a week later and told me the station must just need to be replaced. I agreed and he replaced the station and charged me ANOTHER 185.00 Two days later I checked and the same rotor was still leaking! I texted Keith and he said he would come out the next week and was puzzled why it was still leaking. During the weekend out of curiosity I replaced the rotor itself and that corrected the problem. Next I texted Keith to ask why I should pay for rebuilding AND replacing a station that may or may not have needed work at all. To be fair I don't mind paying for the replacement of the station but not both replacement and rebuild when this did not correct my problem. I asked Keith and he said he would check with his boss (David?) and get back with me. After a week I had heard nothing so I texted Keith again and now I get no response. Very disappointing!!"
