"Allen did an inspection on one of my listed properties. I called to gain some insight as to where they entered for the inspection. His wife was the rudest person I have ever spoke to in my years. A simple question turned into her swearing at me and having to freeze her “a$$” Off to go find him to ask him a question. She then in the background said she “ Is so sick of agents” while huffing & puffing… Even so…I text him thanking him for the time and told him she was incredibly rude and I got a thumbs up back. They obviously do not value business, and they had ZERO REPORT on file he could not tell me which property he was referring to. UNREAL. Shame on you both!! By the way, this is the only bad review I’ve ever left in my life."

"I highly recommend this plumbing company. I needed some work done asap. Called them at 6:00pm on thursday and they cane and fixed my problem at 8:30 next morning. They do great work at a fair price. I had some other work done 1.5 months ago and it was the same experience.They are very helpful. Definitely my plumbing company of choice! So thankful I have found them!"

"Be very cautious of shady contractor and schemes from this “plumbing company. “ We hired them after getting piers installed because they were recommended. Long story short after $3500 worth of testing and small repair overall job cost, including repairs to floor, drywall, and landscaping, total came out to close to $5000 worth of work. The Plumbing repair work they did was not inspected by city inspector, which inspector stated that is standard practice to do as a plumbing company. With previous plumbing work done to our house, the city inspector was requested to come inspect and certify prior to finalizing project, not this company though. This company also wanted me to falsify a insurance claim with referencing specific working but working with claims before, I knew better not to step into that mess since the claim doesn’t not fall on the shoulders of the contractor. Overall, please be aware of miscommunication and lack of professionalism."

"My experience was great! Allen and his son came out to do a pre-work pressure test before I will have structural repairs done on my home. He was referred by a piering company as thorough and trustworthy. Before I scheduled them I spoke to Carolyn and she explained the cost of the pressure test and what it entailed. That if they found a leak, identifying where the leak was would be additional cost based on which tools they used and that any repairs would also be a separate cost. They were very upfront about everything and gave me estimates to budget from. They scheduled to come the next day. When he arrived he was very easy to understand and took time to explain what he was doing and why. He was very personable. Luckily, we didn’t need additional tests and repairs. He emailed me a report the same day. I will be referring them to friends and family."
