When she asked my first name I corrected her pronunciation and she said "however you say it". My name is not hard to say, even if it was she didn't even try. I said hello to the man and he didn't say anything. I should never leave a business feeling worse than when I came in. That's the last time I will spend any money there."

"I have visited Crown a few times and always had a great experience. They fixed my watch for free after I popped off the back to put my new battery in and realized I couldn’t get it back on. Yesterday I accidentally broke my necklace chain and they soldered the links like new the same day. They are very knowledgeable about jewelry and don’t make you feel ignorant as they explain the intricacies of the art. I have even sold some jewelry for scrap gold with them. And lastly, the have a great selection of watches and the occasional treat in the previously loved section.
