"I contacted Top Choice Roofing June 20, 2023 after the storms. My insurance recommended them and on June 28th, 2023 Connor came out and inspected the damage on my house. He said, homes that had trees that fell through the roofs had priority and would get to us as soon as he could. Gave them about a month I called to see where we were at on the waiting list and Connor said he was waiting on me to get him that insurance estimate and that was the same documents I texted to him while he was at my house when he was doing his inspection. Next time I called and talked to Connor they were not working full hours because of the heat and was looking out for the guys on the roof which I understand. The last time I talked to Connor was mid September and he said he was waiting to hear back from my insurance for a supplemental claim and he would call as soon as he heard back from them. After hanging up I called my insurance to see if a supplemental claim had been submitted and they had not received any paperwork from Top Choice Roofing. All they had to do was just say they were not going to do the job and I could have found another company sooner. My house is repaired now, but no thanks to them!"
